This opportunity is open only for candidates from Arunachal Pradesh who are willing to relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu.This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in the manufacturing industry. Selected candidates will undergo training and work in rotational shifts in the production department. The position offers stipend, accommodation, meals, insurance, and long-term career growth opportunities.Candidates who are willing to work in shifts, follow discipline, and continue for long term will be suitable for this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Work as trainee in production / machine operation department
- Follow supervisor instructions during shift
- Operate machines after training completion
- Maintain discipline and safety rules in plant
- Work in rotational shifts as per company schedule
- Maintain productivity and attendance as per company norms
- Freshers only (Male candidates)
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BA / B.Sc / B.Com
- Pass out year: 2021 onwards
- Age: 18 – 25 years
- No active backlogs
- Candidates must be from Arunachal Pradesh
- Must be ready to relocate to Chennai
- Candidates who already completed apprenticeship are not eligible
- Minimum Height: 160 cm
- Minimum Weight: 50 kg
- No major surgery in past
- Blood sugar level must be normal
- Work Mode: Factory / Production / On-Site
- Shift: 8 Hours Rotational Shift
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Work Days: 6 Days per Week
- Week Off: Rotational Off
For Diploma / BA / B.Sc / B.Com:
- Gross Stipend: ₹18,700 (Including Govt DBT ₹1,500)
- Transport Deduction: ₹500
- First 3 Months: Hostel Free | In-hand ₹18,200
- After 3 Months: In-hand ₹17,100 (After deduction ₹1,600)
- Gross Stipend: ₹17,600 (Including Govt DBT ₹1,500)
