Operate stringer machines for tabbing and stringing solar cells.
Ensure proper alignment and soldering of solar cells.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Identify defects in cells and ensure rejection as per quality norms.
Maintain daily production reports and logs.
Follow safety and operational procedures at all times.RequirementsBasic knowledge of solar panel manufacturing (preferred).
- Ability to operate machines and handle production tasks.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical processes.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical) preferred
- 10th/12th pass with relevant experience can also apply
