Responsibilities:
- Manage and track accounts receivable for multiple clients, ensuring timely payments and communication regarding outstanding invoices.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to collect outstanding payments, utilizing a variety of communication methods including email and phone.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, highlighting overdue accounts and collections progress.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in payment records and maintain accurate financial data.
- Implement and maintain an organized filing system for all accounts receivable documents and correspondence.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a virtual assistant role or similar position, with a focus on accounts receivable and collections.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
