Core Responsibilities
- Support Workday Core HCM configuration and maintenance in a large, global enterprise environment.
- Create and manage EIBs for data loads and updates across Core HR processes.
- Configure and maintain business processes and employment contract templates.
- Assist with unit testing, issue tracking, and resolution during enhancement and release cycles.
- Create and maintain Workday documents and templates used in HR transactions.
- Knowledge of Workday Business Processes related to Core HR
- Experience with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Reports
- Hands-on experience with Workday calculated fields and condition rules
- Exposure to global mobility processes and cross-border employee movements.
- Experience working in multi-country environments, with awareness of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and Works Council requirements.
- Familiarity with Workday hierarchies (e.g., supervisory orgs, cost centers, location hierarchies).
- Ability to create custom reports to support business processes and operational needs.
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge sharing, documentation, and training delivery.
- Workday Core HCM certification is preferred but not required.
