- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on talent and organisational development matters.
- Lead the Talent Management COE, driving frameworks for capability building, succession planning, leadership development, and career architecture
- Design and implement OD interventions to strengthen culture, organizational effectiveness, and change readiness
- Establish competency models, role frameworks, and high‑potential (HiPo) programs
- Partner with business and HRBPs to develop talent analytics, engagement strategies, and performance enhancement initiatives
- Drive leadership programs, assessment centers, and learning journeys to develop future leaders
- Build and institutionalize people practices aligned to growth, digital evolution, and workforce agility
- Serve as a strategic advisor on culture, structure, and transformation initiatives
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (12+ Years of experience)
- Proven expertise in talent management and organisational development within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking and loans providers' HR practices.
- Demonstrated experience setting up or leading a COE model
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programmes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address workforce challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
