The Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent strategies and organisational initiatives to support business objectives. This role requires expertise in human resources and a strong background in financial services.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on talent and organisational development matters.
  • Lead the Talent Management COE, driving frameworks for capability building, succession planning, leadership development, and career architecture
  • Design and implement OD interventions to strengthen culture, organizational effectiveness, and change readiness
  • Establish competency models, role frameworks, and high‑potential (HiPo) programs
  • Partner with business and HRBPs to develop talent analytics, engagement strategies, and performance enhancement initiatives
  • Drive leadership programs, assessment centers, and learning journeys to develop future leaders
  • Build and institutionalize people practices aligned to growth, digital evolution, and workforce agility
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on culture, structure, and transformation initiatives
Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact transformation initiativesBuild and shape people practices for a fast-evolving, growth-stage organizationA successful Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development should have:
  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (12+ Years of experience)
  • Proven expertise in talent management and organisational development within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking and loans providers' HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience setting up or leading a COE model
  • Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programmes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address workforce challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
