  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new TASC and institutional clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's reputation.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially in the TASC domain.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
