Procurement - Operational BuyerMissionWe are looking to strengthen our team by hiring multiple Operational Buyers as soon as possible.We seek dedicated and structured Operational Buyers with solid experience of 3 to 5 years in the SAP-MM module.In this role, you will be responsible for the timely procurement of materials and services. You will act as a liaison between internal departments and external suppliers, contributing to the smooth execution of projects and internal processes.Roles & ResponsibilitiesReview purchase requisitions in SAP-MMCheck if need is available in an E-catalogue or if there is another, strategic supplier for this needCreation of purchase orders in SAP-MM with standard contract templatesFollow up on order confirmationsVerify and follow up, that the supplier sends the signed order confirmationMaintain purchasing master data and monitor data quality in SAPRegularly update and maintain purchasing master data in SAP to ensure accuracy and completeness, while conducting periodic audits to monitor data quality and rectify any discrepanciesEnsure compliance with internal and legal requirementsEnsuring compliance with various ISO standards related to IT security, aerospace, data protection, etcAdjustment of orders in quantity or price after approval from the accounting departmentOn boarding should be completed each month.Experience in Global Procurement environment is preferableKey RelationshipsInternal Requestors, Department Head & Country TeamsSuppliers & VendorsSuccess IndicatorsPO Cycle-Time & PR-to-PO EfficiencyOrder Confirmation & Delivery AdherenceData & Contract Compliance RateOther InformationAbility to anticipate internal team and supplier needs ahead of timeBuilds trusted relationships with internal teams and vendorsActively listens to queries and clarifies requirementsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent
