Join our engineering team as an early-career engineer, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in plant operations, technical problem-solving, Special purpose machine and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers in India as well as global team, participate in real projects, and develop both your technical and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on engineering/maintenance KPIs
- Support investigations into equipment failures and improvement actions.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and learn advanced maintenance tools (RCA, FMEA, RCM)
- Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance planning and documentation.
- Help manage spare parts inventory and storeroom practice.
- Monthly report and analysis of Spare part purchasing, Electricity, Water, LPG & Diesel consumptions.
- Support audits and compliance activities alongside senior team members.
- Get exposure to new machine installations and facility projects.
- Prepare and present utility consumption and cost data using Power BI/Microsoft office.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on engineering activities.
- Learn and uphold company standards for HSE, quality, and energy management.
- Knowledge of shift management ,PLC and Industrial automation .
- BE/BTech in Electrical.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in an industrial/plant environment.
- Eager to learn new engineering systems and problem-solving methods.
- Familiarity with utility equipment (generators, HVAC, chillers, transformers, compressors) will be added advantage.
- knowledge in SAP, Power BI, Microsoft office or similar tools
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
