You will join a highly driven, forward‑thinking team that is redefining how state‑of‑the‑art risk management is embedded into model‑based and embedded systems engineering. We strongly believe in the pivotal role of R&D Safety Risk Engineering for serving our customers with safe, reliable, and innovative products and solutionsIn this role, you will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.You will work as an integral part of the systems engineering workflow, collaborating closely with systems engineers and subject matter experts from the different domains along the development process.You're the right fit ifYou hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Systems Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Software Development, Informatics, or a related field3+ years of experience in product development within a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, automotive, aerospace)1+ year of hands‑on experience in functional safety or risk management, ideally for software‑intensive embedded systemsStrong knowledge of risk management regulations and safe hardware/software development practicesExpertise in risk analysis methodologies, such as FMEA, FTA, PHAA system‑level mindset with a clear understanding of Safety Risk Engineering as an integrated in a system engineering workflowExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to lead cross‑disciplinary discussions with confidenceHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
