- Take full ownership of project delivery—from finalizing requirements to go-live—overseeing both product development and client engagements.

- Monitor project status—including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget—and identify risks early to prevent issues.
- Collaborate with our external development partner to manage deliverables, review work against specifications, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to provide delivery updates, manage expectations, and resolve escalations—serving as the primary point of contact for execution.
- Manage UAT coordination, release readiness assessments, and go-live approvals in partnership with the engineering team.
- Prepare and deliver weekly project health reports to the founding team that are clear, concise, and straightforward.
- Maintain organized documentation across all projects—such as SOWs, project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status trackers.
- Act as the initial point of contact for resolving delivery issues, whether internal or external.
- 3–4 years of practical project management experience within a software or SaaS setting.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies applied in practice, not just in theory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive individual who assumes ownership.
