About the department Cross DD&IT Services is the unit responsible for compliance of systems at Novo Nordisk in areas like: Global IT, PS, CMC, NNIO and NNI etc. The systems are used on a local, regional, and global scale by many areas of the business, including R&D, Patient Safety, sales and marketing, Production sites etc. and are critical to the execution of key business process such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. This unit is responsible for validating these systems/ Qualification of underlying infrastructure and maintaining the validation status. The Position As an Advanced Business Analyst I _Leapwork testing, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to testing: Prepare test plans and detailed test scripts supporting test cases derived from an analysis of functional requirements and specifications. Thoroughly tests software to ensure intended operation and uncover defects prior to implementation. Involve in different types of testing including regression, SIT and integration testing activities. Work in liaison with the validation consultants and quality analysts preparing the testing artefacts during the validation cycle. Create a platform for sharing knowledge and challenges between the teams and look out for opportunities for engagement. Identify candidates for test automation as relevant and create test scenarios for automation of the identified scenarios. Develop test scripts and take care of test environment setup based on the identified requirements using the approved automation tools. Organizing, monitoring defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests. Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders/partners with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background and personality. Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies to plan, retrospect and flag project risks and challenges as relevant. Qualifications MCA, M.Sc., B.SC. BE or similar graduate degree in relevant field. Min 8+ years of IT experience in working in a service level-based organization in the healthcare domain preferably in the Validation and Testing area. Min 4+ years of experience in test automation (Preferably Leapwork) Experience working with test management tools like HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps.
