Job description Job Description - GST/TDS Responsible for financial matters, including books and records, budgeting, cash management and financial reporting for fee and equity real estate ventures. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with accounts team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies. Work closely with the management team to facilitate the successful execution of company and project objectives. Property accounting experience required .
