- Lead the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environments
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage problem resolution
- Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to maintain platform stability and performance
- Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing and query response times
- Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and reporting needs
- Provide expert guidance on FDI architecture, data modelling, and best practices
- Lead requirements workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer
- Implement and configure FDI solutions aligned to client requirements
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Perform data integration activities including ETL and data validation
- Support Unit Testing and UAT, working with business users to achieve sign-off
- Stay current with new FDI features, Oracle analytics innovations, and industry trends
- Produce high-quality documentation, training materials, and operational guidance
- Independently manage the Analytics support track and client relationships
- Extensive experience developing and supporting Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence
- Strong understanding of:
- Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing concepts
- Data modelling and ETL processes
- PL/SQL
- Proven experience delivering successful FDI implementations or support engagements end-to-end
- Experience managing Unit Testing and UAT with business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, and translate business requirements into solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with wider Oracle Analytics technologies:
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- OBIEE / OBIA
- Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Machine Learning capabilities
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and their integrations
- Experience training super users and delivering structured knowledge transfer
- Take end-to-end ownership of enterprise analytics environments
- Work directly with clients as a trusted technical advisor
