Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Billing Engineer to oversee and manage all aspects of project billing, material reconciliation, and coordination with site and accounts teams. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing in line with project progress and contractual terms, while also supporting the organization with timely reporting and effective communication.Experience Required: 5-8 years (real estate projects)Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (opp railway Station)Responsibilities:- Evaluate and verify contractor bills based on actual site work progress reports.- Conduct regular site visits for quantity and quality checks, including item specifications and measurements.- Reconcile material usage with theoretical quantities and material issued on site.- Review and validate quantities based on construction drawings using AutoCAD, as needed.- Liaise with the accounts department to resolve payment-related queries.- Prepare payment statements and coordinate with contractors for invoicing, including addressing and resolving billing-related queries.- Maintain and share timely and accurate billing-related MIS (Management Information System) reports.- Coordinate with project sites for work progress updates, material reconciliation, issue resolutions, and photographic documentation.- Report billing and site-related MIS data to the Billing Head and Directors.- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Directors or Billing Head, ensuring alignment with project and organizational objectivesTo Apply: Please send your CV| subject line: Application for Senior Billing Engineer
