Job Description Summary Execute process control engineering activities for the steam turbine and its auxiliary systems and provide the required engineering documentation within the time schedule, with the required quality, with minimum changes whilst meeting the budget targets. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Contribute to the development and maintenance of engineering standards/WI for ST process control Support technical tendering team during customer negotiation Review the technical contractual requirements and analyze the rules, codes and standards applicable to Process Control engineering Identify the contractual Risks and Opportunities and propose technical deviations and clarifications to the Project Lead Execute process control engineering studies for nuclear steam turbines/generators and their auxiliary systems, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and standards Draft the following documents: Steam Turbine systems control principles, protection and control diagrams, I&C architecture diagrams, the Plant Operation and Control concepts, high level and detailed logic diagrams, I/O lists, simulations studies reports, HMI specification, operating modes, alarm sheets, FAT test procedures, Participate to the project design reviews and provide the Project Lead with necessary documents for design reviews preparations and reports Draft the steam turbine protection and control system and other I&C systems specifications (hardware + application software) Perform technical evaluation of suppliers offers vs process control requirements Follow-up selected suppliers and manage clarifications/deviation requests Attend Factory Acceptance Test in supplier's factory (SWAT + FAT) Ensure technical support during erection and commissioning phases Provide the Process Control documentations 'as built' revisions and collect the REX from site Required Qualifications BE/B Tech/Masters degree (automation, electrical, mechanical) or equivalent At least 3 years professional experience in Process Control Engineering within Power Plant Engineering Leadership and assertiveness Strong oral and written communication skills Fluent English written and spoken Desired Characteristics Good knowledge in other disciplines (i.e. process design, products specifications, layout & arrangement, electrical design) involved in Power Plant engineering Detailed knowledge of power plant water/steam cycles Technical problems analysis and solving skills Willing to take responsibilities Able to delegate and to control Site experience Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
