Proficient in applying general consulting methodologies to identify and solve client challenges effectively. Skilled in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic project recommendations and drive implementation. Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Adept at leveraging industry knowledge to provide insights and enhance decision-making processes for clients. Demonstrated capability in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications efficiently.
