Responsibilities :Architect the Integration Symphony:
o Lead the charge on intricate OIC projects, translating client challenges into scalable, high-performance integration architectures.
o Deep dive into client systems and data landscapes, crafting optimal integration pathways.
o Own solution design from conception to deployment, ensuring security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Build the Bridges of Data:

o Mastermind the integrations, coding reusable and maintainable components with REST/SOAP services and diverse OIC connectors.
o Implement complex data transformations and mappings using tools like ODI.
o Rigorously test and optimize integrations, eliminating bugs and ensuring flawless data exchange.

Champion Knowledge and Collaboration:

o Mentor junior developers, cultivating a collaborative environment and sharing your OIC expertise.
o Review and guide code for accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.
o Contribute to knowledge base development and training initiatives, fostering continuous learning.

Bridge the Communication Gap:

o Collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
o Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions, simplifying complexity for diverse audiences.
o Conduct product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing OIC's capabilities and driving buy-in.

Stay Ahead of the Technology Curve:

o Actively monitor and adapt to the latest OIC advancements and best practices.
o Research and propose innovative solutions, leveraging OIC's full potential.
o Contribute to thought leadership within the team and across the organization.

Troubleshoot Like a Champion:

o Proactively identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
o Analyze system logs and data patterns to diagnose and solve complex problems.
o Implement preventative measures to avoid future issues and maintain system stability.

Optimize and Automate:

o Develop and implement reusable scripts and automation routines to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
o Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize integrations for best results.

Manage with Expertise:

o Effectively manage project tasks and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
o Prioritize workload, delegate tasks effectively, and provide clear guidance to junior developers.Additional Responsibilities :

Technical and Professional Requirements :

Expert-level:

o OIC development and deployment using various connectors and adapters.
o Data mapping and transformation techniques using tools like ODI.
o Cloud-based deployment and DevOps practices for OIC.
o Scripting languages like Shell or Python.

Strong understanding of:

o REST/SOAP web services development and protocols.
o Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
o Software design principles and architecture concepts.
