Lead - Liabilities & Wealth Analytics

• To support the data driven decision making for DBS products, processes, and business through the creation of data dashboards, infographics, models per business requirements
• Manage and help develop intelligent platforms that use data and insights to drive meaningful and relevant customer engagement in the app and website.

• Develop statistical learning models by using AI / ML Techniques
• Identify insights (opportunities) for business growth and communicate results and ideas to key decision makers
• Regular portfolio health check-ups through Business Insights and identifying areas of growth and areas of sluggishness within portfolio
• Drive insight led actionables to help achieve portfolio targets
• Support business in meeting the Budgets through Analytical Insights; support stakeholders in Business ReviewsEnhance and utilise existing marketing, campaign and engagement platforms to deliver insight let messaging, leading to lift in customer metrics
• Drive the development of new platforms with product and tech, that are anchored around context and data.
• Ensure maximum utilisation of all features in available engagement platform

• Involve in building Machine Learning models, data science solutions and working with state-of-art data science and Machine Learning Tools such as Spark, Sklearn, Tensorflow, and will have mastery in any number of Analytic Programming languages/platforms like Python, R. etc.
• Work with large datasets, distributed Big Data Platforms for a variety of advanced analytics solutions across the bank ranging from recommendation engines, propensity models, customer segmentation, Graph models, Credit underwriting model, pricing and more
• Engage with business and product teams to formulate problems and create solution framework
• End-to-End execution from data collection, analysis, feature engineering, model development, implementation (including testing) and monitoring
• Design A/B test experiments to test the model effectiveness and analyze to identify the target segments
• Drive the testing and deployment of the machine learning products into production
• Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills
• Understand the Product Journeys and help business to improve the customer experience
• Work with region and product to enhance Intelligent Banking Mandate in areas for CBG (Consumer Banking Group)
• Develop data-led nudges to drive product penetration for the customers within digibank app and derive incremental revenue
• Enable smart engagement with hyper personalized customer specific app insights based on customer journey and transaction activity
• With an ear to the ground, understand customer behavior & new age banking patterns in Fintech (esp. Neo banking) space and drive such innovations for digibank app
• Consistently enhance user journeys with a focus on increasing customer engagement for the intelligent banking initiative
• Manage the experience builder (Content Management System) to enhance existing insights from a UI / UX perspective
• Working closely with the regional on the operational aspects of publishing new insights which include (arrangement of data, testing and deployment)
• Publish Monthly reports
• Look for anomalies in the data (Customer verbatim feedback / engagement metrics) and take preemptive action to address any issues around data and logic

• 12-15 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics (banking, ecommerce, retail, telecoms, technology) with demonstrated track of generating value through DS/ML/AI solutions and Digital Asset Management and development
• Should have full understanding of applications of DS/ML/AI solutions to various business problems
• Prior Working experience of AI / ML / DS is must
• Prior Working experience of Product Development and familiarity with concepts of Design thinking is must.

• MBA / B.Tech or equivalent degree in Statistics, Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or equivalent quantitative fields preferred.

• Proficiency in using databases like NoSQL and Hadoop using SQL, Hive, Spark, etc.,
• Programming experience in Python
