Job Description Senior Engineer (Network Architecture & SASE)Location : INDIA: Noida (Hybrid)Role: Contract for 6 Month+ExtendableYears of Experience: 6-10Job DescriptionTechnical & Integration SkillsStrong SASE expertise (Zscaler / Netskope / Prisma / Cisco SSE) including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, identity integration (Okta/Azure AD).Cloud networking & security: AWS/Azure/GCP (VPC, TGW, VPN, Direct Connect, routing, WAF/cloud firewalls).Enterprise networking fundamentals: routing, switching, segmentation, SD-WAN (Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto / Versa).Ability to create HLD/LLD, migration plans, deployment blueprints, and runbooks.Hands-on experience with POCs, pilots, cutovers, interoperability testing, and troubleshooting.Delivery, Documentation & Customer InteractionRequirement analysis, effort estimation, design documentation, and KT preparation.Offshoreonsite coordination, stakeholder communication, customer workshops.Ability to translate business needs into technical designs, prepare status updates, and manage risks/issues.Experience leading small delivery pods and mentoring junior engineers with Strong ownership, structured thinking, attention to detail.Excellent communication (English).Ability to work independently in offshore delivery model, customer-first attitude.Flexibility to work in Japan time-zone and collaborate with onsite teams.Security, Compliance & Modern SkillsWorking knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, CIS Benchmarks, and ISO 27001.Understanding of logging, monitoring, and audit readiness practices.Knowledge of network and cloud hardening techniques and security governance.Good-to-have skills: Automation using Python or scripting, Terraform/IaC, API integrations, and monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk.Key Attributes for SuccessSenior-level technical ownership.Strong architecture and design mindset with delivery accountability.Ability to work independently in a global delivery model.High adaptability in multicultural and bilingual environments.
