.Involved in the audit process including planning, execution and finalization of financial statements alongwith notes to accounts..Understanding & Evaluating client’s internal control systems / procedures with the objective of highlightingshortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations..Significant areas of audit: Revenue, Receivables, Material Costs, Inventory, Payables, Expenses, Payroll,Treasury etc..Involved in significant data analysis of MIS and other information including month on month variances,budgeted vis-à-vis actuals, margins, ageing analysis, physical verification of Inventory etc..Ensuring Compliance with Ind AS & Indian GAAP..Preparing audit committee presentations and audit reports..Actively been part of implementing Digital Transformation in auditing approach by using Data Analyticstools e.g. General Ledger Analyzer, Trade Receivable Analyzer, Payroll Analyzer etc..Preparation of Memo on various technical aspects etc. and various certification work..Managing client interactions, coaching, supervision, review of work done by juniors, ensuring quality ofwork and getting assignments completed on a timely basis..Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision makers andcommunicating with clients/ senior management personnel to provide highlight on findings, recommendingcorrective actions and driving client meetings.
