Procure all items as per approved BOM
Vendor management/coordination
Zero High risk/repeat audit issues
Tracking and continuous monitoring of project milestones

Job Duties & responsibilitiesManage Voice infrastructure

Cisco & NICE Products, Monitoring tools, IP Telephony
Reviewing and improving current systems, adopting group guidelines for the upkeep and con currency of infrastructures, system software and middleware, promoting component reuse, and introducing new techniques, methodologies and standards where needed.
Providing support to production systems and ensuring systems and procedures comply with regulatory and internal audit and processing requirements
On-the-job coaching, preparing of relevant technical documentation
