Hands-on experience with risk assessments, safety audits, and developing safety training programs)Salary- Upto 12 LPALocation - AlwarJob DescriptionThe EHS Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs within the manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal safety standards, and industry best practices, while also fostering a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance & Audits:Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.).Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.Maintain all necessary safety documentation and records, including incident reports, safety inspections, and audit findings.Safety Programs & Training:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs including but not limited to hazard identification, risk assessments, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), emergency response plans, and incident investigation protocols.Conduct safety training sessions for employees at all levels, focusing on workplace hazards, safe work practices, and emergency procedures.Promote safety awareness through ongoing communication and employee engagement programs.Incident Reporting & Investigation:Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.Work with HR and relevant departments to ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents, including reporting to regulatory authorities when necessary.Track trends in safety incidents and develop strategies to reduce incidents and improve overall safety performance.Environmental Sustainability:Oversee environmental compliance programs to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.Promote sustainable practices within the manufacturing facility to minimize waste, reduce energy consumption, and ensure environmental responsibility.Ensure environmental reporting is accurate and timely, including waste management, emissions, and resource consumption.Risk Management & Hazard Identification:Lead hazard assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential risks within the facility.Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified risks and prevent accidents.Ensure proper risk control measures are in place, such as ventilation systems, safety barriers, and equipment safeguarding.Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations, adapting EHS strategies to meet evolving requirements.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly on EHS performance to senior management.Collaboration & Leadership:Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote safety and health throughout the manufacturing processes.Lead safety committees and act as the primary liaison for safety-related matters.Provide guidance and leadership to facility management and staff on the safe execution of daily operations.Coordinate With.DCS GroupEmail- hr@indiadcs.inTannu - 6375367126 (Call & whatsApp)Calling Time - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PMWhatsApp Timing - 9:00 AM to 8:00
