Position: Executive – HR & Administration (Female)
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – HR
Location: Silvassa & Salary is Negotiable
Employment Type: Full TimeJob Purpose
To manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions including recruitment,
employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance support, office administration, and
employee engagement, ensuring smooth workforce operations and a positive work
environment.Key Responsibilities
A. Human Resources Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
o Coordinate manpower requisitions with department heads.
o Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters.
o Complete joining formalities and induction.
2. Employee Records & HR Documentation
o Maintain employee master data and personal files.
o Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
o Update HR registers and databases.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
o Monitor attendance systems and leave records.
o Prepare monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
o Coordinate with Accounts for payroll processing.
4. Statutory Compliance Support
o Assist in PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus and Labour Law compliance.
o Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
o Support audits and inspections.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
o Handle employee grievances and queries.
o Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
o Support disciplinary actions and policy implementation.B. Administration Responsibilities
1. Office & Facility Administration
o Manage front office, housekeeping, pantry, and security.
o Maintain office supplies and consumables.
o Handle courier and dispatch activities.
2. Vendor & Travel Management
o Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, transport, and accommodation.
o Manage employee travel and stay arrangements.
3. Asset & Inventory Management
o Maintain records of assets, laptops, ID cards, and uniforms.
o Track issuance and returns.
4. Event & Training Support
o Support training programs, meetings, and company events.CTC Band
Experience Level Annual CTC Range (INR)
2–3 Years ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA
3–5 Years ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA

Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR) or Graduate with HR experience
Experience: 2–6 years in HR & Admin
