We are seeking a result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and scale our growth.Key Responsibilities1. Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for property launches and ongoing campaigns.2. Drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, real estate portals, and social media.3. Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROI, and conversions, ensuring marketing aligns with sales goals.4. Manage and guide creative, content, and performance marketing efforts (in-house/agency).5. Oversee social media presence, content calendars, and brand communication.6. Implement marketing automation (email, WhatsApp, CRM integrations).7. Track performance, analyze metrics, and present insights to leadership.Requirements1. 5 - 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with 3 to 5 years in real estate marketing preferred.2. Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.3. Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards).4. Experience in handling marketing budgets of - 5-20 lakhs/month.5. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a startup environment.6.
