About the roleAs a PMO Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership in developing, implementing and maintaining essential governance and project management frameworks, standards and processes relating to portfolio of IT projects delivered by Regulatory Tower.A PMO Lead works with geographically distributed teams and operates at portfolio level, reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Portfolio and Risk Management division.How you will get the job donestandardising and maintaining the quality of reporting,supporting the PMO teams within the portfolio, implementating best practicesautomating and simplificating the processes where possibleresponding to portfolio needs - building new administrative solutionssetting up a programme/project administration structure from scratch, e.g. creation of distribution lists, SP structure, communication channelsreviewing existing solutions, making improvements, internal auditing in accordance with IT Governance rulescontrolling the timeliness and quality of reported risks,performing ad hoc activities to improve the quality of management - including training, on-boarding, holiday tracingkeeping of standardised documentation, document managementcollection and analysis of data for financial reports,coordinating and tracking of licences, soft and hardware purchasesSkills and experience you will needl IT experience including program/project management, portfolio managementHaving extensive experience in project management methodologies, governance and reporting.Must Have : Familiarity with PPM tools: Clarity/ Azzure DevOps/ Jira, Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and regulatory authorities, P3O or other relevant certificate, Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Pointfluent English is a must, communicative German would be an assetexcellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders at executive levelvery good stakeholder management skillsextensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio managementexperience in all phases of project delivery lifecyclesGood to Have : advanced knowledge of Power Bi as a plus, PMP/Prince,ThinkCellability to deliver complex messages in simple and short mannerproactive with can-do-attitudefamiliarity with PPM tools: Clarity, Azzure DevOps, Jiranumber literate, familiar with project financials and data analytics
