  • Identify and build new business and business growth opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and convert them to Ansell's premium range (targeted sales + recurrent business).
  • Build loyal relationships, become the go-to expert for end users (surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors.
  • Train their teams on Ansell products, run powerful joint calls, inservices, and promotional programs that win business.
  • Create monthly territory plans, spot new opportunities (new hospitals/projects), track competitors, and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay sharp.
  • Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums to position Ansell as the #1 choice.
  • Gather market intelligence on tenders, new projects, market research and share insights with the team.
We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / Medical Devices / Examination Gloves / Healthcare PPE
  • Graduation (any stream) — MBA preferred but not mandatory if you have killer sales track record
  • Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors
  • Excellent relationship-building & communication skills
  • Strong planning + execution — you turn targets into wins month after month
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven selling
