AUTOMOBILE MANAGER - RAIPUR

• Manage service department employees, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service experience, from appointment scheduling and vehicle drop-off to final vehicle delivery, by maintaining open communication and delivering exceptional service
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departmental managers to ensure efficient coordination and communication between departments
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and dealership policies related to service department operations, including safety, environmental, and customer service standards
• Provide guidance, training, and support to service department employees to improve performance, develop skills, and enhance career growth opportunities
• Monitor service department performance through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed to improve results
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping to minimize loss and promote profitability
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote service department business and increase revenue
