Job Description:We are currently seeking a talented AEM Developer with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Content Management Systems (CMS), with at least 3 years of specific Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Adobe AEM to meet our organization's digital content management needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AEM-based solutions that enhance user engagement and drive business objectives. Additionally, you will play a key role in performance tuning and optimization efforts to ensure the scalability and reliability of our AEM platform.Responsibilities:Develop and implement Adobe AEM solutions to support digital content management requirements.Customize and extend AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet project specifications.Collaborate with designers and content authors to create engaging and responsive web experiences.Integrate AEM with third-party systems and services using RESTful and SOAP-based web services.Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and estimation activities.Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for AEM development.Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to improve platform scalability and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM implementation and configuration.Stay updated on the latest AEM features, enhancements, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in Content Management Systems, with at least 3 years of specific Adobe AEM experience.Strong proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and AJAX.Experience working with RESTful and SOAP-based web services.Solid understanding of mobile solution delivery and strategy.Knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts.Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization techniques.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Adobe AEM certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) are a plus.Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) is a plus.Powered by Webbtree
