Job Title: Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) SpecialistLocation: PGC, HyderabadJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Specialist to manage and enhance our OGL platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining OGL content, supporting quarterly Oracle releases, driving product enhancements, analyzing usage data, and contributing to new projects. This role also includes consulting with stakeholders and developing/updating Web-Based Learning (WBL) content to ensure optimal user adoption and experience.Key Responsibilities:

OGL Maintenance: Regularly update and troubleshoot OGL content to ensure accuracy and performance.
Quarterly Releases: Align OGL content with Oracle Cloud updates and perform post-release validations.
Product Enhancements & Analytics: Implement improvements based on user feedback and usage analytics. Create new Analytics as needed.
New Projects: Design and deploy OGL content for new Oracle modules and business initiatives.
Consulting: Advise stakeholders on OGL best practices and lead enablement sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
3+ years of experience with Oracle Guided Learning or similar digital adoption platforms.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, etc.).
Experience with content creation tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Oracle certifications or training in OGL.
Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for custom OGL content.
Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
