Employment Type: Full-Time / ContractJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Technical Architect to lead technical architecture, development, and integration initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves designing scalable ERP solutions, ensuring performance optimization, and managing integrations across enterprise environments.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in D365 F&O / AX development, X++, Azure integrations, and ERP architecture, with experience delivering full lifecycle implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Architecture
- Lead the design and architecture of D365 F&O customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Define data models, system architecture, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure secure and scalable solutions following Microsoft best practices.
- Develop and review X++ code, extensions, and customization frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
- Implement solutions using chain-of-command and extensibility frameworks.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Oversee builds, testing, and deployments across environments.
- Design integrations using OData, custom services, batch jobs, and Azure services.
- Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other integration frameworks.
- Manage data migration using Data Management Framework and Data Entities.
- Ensure high data quality for master and transactional data.
- Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
- Support requirement analysis, solution design workshops, and technical demonstrations.
- Mentor junior developers and drive engineering best practices.
- 8 12 years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O / AX development.
- 3+ years experience as Technical Architect or Senior Developer.
- Experience delivering 3+ full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and large ERP programs.
- Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models.
