
Lead - People Analytics

- Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports on people metrics (e.g., attrition, hiring, tenure, workforce changes).
- Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and insights across the People Team.
- Translate business questions into structured data analyses and dashboards.
- Maintain data quality, consistency, and hygiene across systems and files.
- Conduct exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover trends and root causes.
- Transition reports from Excel to Power BI (support provided).
- Own calculated fields, data dictionaries, and change logs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve analytics processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, structuring, cleaning).
- Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools (with willingness to learn quickly).
- 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics (internships included).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and actions.
- Comfort working with confidential HR data and maintaining discretion.
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Darwinbox)
- Experience working with HR/People team stakeholders
- Exposure to SQL, Python, or R (a plus, not mandatory)
