Hosted in a SaaS, private cloud or on-premises environment, FIS T&R solutions cater to Treasury & Cash management, Payments & Bank Connectivity, Bank Account Management, Enterprise Risk for firms in Capital MarketsConsulting team offers services on below products:Quantum – Enterprise Treasury Management SolutionIntegrity – SaaS based Treasury Management SolutionPayment Hub (Trax) – Corporate Payment solutionConsulting team helps implement the product, manage change, and solve problems, which allows client organization to operate more efficiently and be and remain profitable.Consulting team offer advice and expertise to client organizations to help them improve their business performance.Team comprises of techno functional skills focusing on Treasury, Payments, PL/SQL, Reporting.What you will be doing:Working with client on requirement gathering and confirmationWorking with internal team (DEV/CX) teamDesign technical and functional solutions and implement the same in Quantum professional services team.Designing and developing solution in Quantum.Understanding of Accounting practices, IFRS9, CVA/DVAKnowledge of ISDA/CSA margining.Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, MM, securities, repo, derivative etc.)Understanding of Deal and back-office interfaces.Knowledge of MTM Valuation, zero curve, yield curve, shifts in yield curve, duration, PV01, option Pricing, Greeks.Nostro Management, Collateral Management and Risk Management.Execute Professional Services contracts by delivering predominantly on-site consultancy.Provide Treasury expertise and resolve specific product issues.Assist clients to configure licensed modules and deliver training as required.Assist clients to re-engineer their business processes and build a strong relationship with your clients.Serves as pre-sales support specialist as needed with sales and account management to create and close sales opportunities. May include developing proposals/statements of work, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects and delivering prospect presentations.Develop your understanding of the database structure by utilizing report writing tools.What you will need:Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance/treasury domain.Strong experience and expertise in Treasury domain and processes.Substantial experience in Treasury solution implementation.Experience within Consulting and/or working on software application implementations.Good understanding of the financial markets.Sound understanding of a typical project lifecycle.Good presentation and communication skillsWillingness to deliver to tight timeframes.Strong communication skills. Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.Team player and good ownership skills. Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals. Mentor and play an active role in the development and motivation of team members.Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making processes and decisions related to job tasks.Requires excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.Proven success in building relationships.Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.Willing to travel 30% to 50% or as needed.Good knowledge of database, especially with MS SQLAbility to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.Desired technical skillsKnowledge of Databases, web interfacesHands on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its financial functions, add-ins, macrosUnderstanding of IISKnowledge of Database Procedures and Crystal Reports is a bonus.Bonus if you have:Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage.Fluent in EnglishOrganized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global teamWhat we offer you:
