We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive / Senior Executive for our Marketing & Sales team based in Pune. The role involves expanding our channel partner base in new geographies and ensuring the successful closure of the sales process. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales and the ability to build lasting partnerships that drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Channel Partner Identification & Onboarding- Identify and screen potential channel partners in alignment with business requirements and target markets.- Evaluate partners based on size, viability, target suitability, management competency, credibility, and technical expertise.- Manage documentation and registration processes for new channel partners.- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of channel intermediaries.Channel Network Management :- Align channel partners with the organization's long-term goals to ensure mutual growth and profitability.- Establish a clear roadmap for building strong, stable relationships with channel partners.- Evaluate revenue impact vs alternative options when working with partners.Consistently follow up with partners to ensure sales targets are met.- Maintain MIS reports on partner performance, including tracking invoices and payment status.Candidate Profile :- Graduate or MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in channel sales or marketing.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.- Excellent analytical, documentation, and follow-up abilities.- Proficiency in maintaining performance metrics and sales data.
