Experience: 7+ yearsConfigure and support SAP ChaRM in Solution ManagerManage the complete change management lifecycle from creation to deploymentCoordinate transport management across SAP environments and landscapesSupport audits and ensure compliance with established change control proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve ChaRM-related issues in collaboration with technical teamsProvide training and create documentation for end users and stakeholdersMust-Have Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, with deep expertise in ChaRMStrong understanding of SAP landscape architecture and transport managementProven experience in configuring workflows, status switches, and change cycles in ChaRMStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsGood-to-Have QualificationsFamiliarity with ITIL processesExperience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 or laterExposure to integration with tools like ServiceNow or JIRAKnowledge of SAP compliance and audit support in regulated environmentsSkills:SAP ChaRM,Sap Solution Manager,Configuring,Itil ProcessAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
