The ideal candidate will have some experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions and a keen interest in developing their skills in implementing and supporting these systems. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules with minimal guidance.
  • Participate in the analysis of client requirements and contribute to the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll system.
  • Support the preparation and execution of workshops and training sessions for clients.
  • Help develop test plans and participate in functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide assistance with post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across functional and technical disciplines.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including setup documents and user guides.
  • Stay informed about Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll updates and new features.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll or other HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and best practices.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll domain.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to project success.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
