Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development. - Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills: - Experience in B2B lead generation, especially in industries like IT services, SaaS, or consulting. - Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io and automated tools to faten the whole process.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets in a fast-paced environment.
