You are responsible for creating unique and extraordinary dining experiences, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs to ensure their satisfaction is always maximized. Paying exceptional attention to detail and following up meticulously is crucial to your role. Your goal is to maximize departmental profitability while leading and mentoring our restaurant, room service, and bar managers. You also need to collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain high standards and promote strong public relations. Identifying trends, driving improvements, and initiating changes are part of your responsibilities. You should work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop advertising and promotional campaigns that enhance market awareness and penetrations;QualificationsWhat we're looking for:

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a 5-star property.
A University Degree.
Experience in a 5-star hotel/resort; high-end boutique hotel experience is a plus.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Outstanding presentation abilities.
A progressive career in Food & Beverage.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
