Indirect Purchase (Dy. / Asst. Manager)

• Reduce purchase costs and ensure purchase quality through introduction of supplier, price comparison analysis, business negotiation etc.
• Monitor the bidding process to ensure that the bidding process complies with the company's regulations.
• To meet progress of the company's development plan, forecast the demand for projects, services and goods of various departments, and develop potential cooperative supplier resources.
• To meet procurement needs of various departments, through the signing of framework contracts, centralized procurement is implemented to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• To meet company's production and operation plan, formulate an excellent potential supplier resource review plan, optimize the positioning of existing supplier resources, ensure that supplier resources meet the bidding needs, and ensure the quality of bidding projects.
• Hands on experience in dealing foreign suppliers specially supplier based in China.
• Familiar with import taxation and custom clearance formalities.
• Ensures development and maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers leading to lower negotiated prices, better service levels, continuous quality improvements, longer term contract, increased profitability and a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
• Develops & implements cost reduction plans through strategic sourcing to gain overall cost advantage without compromising with the Quality Standards and Targets.
• Ensures collection of strategic information from the market to keep an edge over competitors
• Prepare and Implements cost reduction plans through strategic sourcing & Supplier development
