• Drive the team of accounts department and manage all accounting transactions

• Manage the maintain accounting system & financial statements including P&L Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, ensuring conformance to time, accuracy and accounting standards

• Ensure calculation and compliances related to taxation (IT, GST, TDS, PT etc.)

• Provide approvals for Invoice Generated and Payments being made

• Initiate communication well in advance for fund arrangement

• Overseeing purchase function, vendor management and approving or getting involved into vendor negotiations as and when required

• Dealing and liaison with government authorities regarding different matters (as and when required)

• Review fixed assets accounting and reporting/reconciliation

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Generate and publish MIS for specified period

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

• Putting thoughts on exploring maximum potential of Dairy by the means of Developing new reports

• Provide goals to the team members and conduct performance review / feedback with them on a regular basis.

• Handling team members and guide/coach them

• Find various mechanism to improve process
