If you’re seeking a unique challenge with amazing growth potential, then come work with us!What You’ll Do:Design and build automated tests, including unit and integration tests, directly within our core codebase using .NET/C# or Java.Enhance and maintain our separate UI automation framework, which is built with Playwright and TypeScript.Leverage containerization technologies like Docker to create robust, reproducible test environments that eliminate dependencies on shared infrastructure.Actively leverage Generative AI tools to radically transform QA workflows, from generating test cases and data to optimizing automation scripts and creating comprehensive test reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop comprehensive automation test plans.Integrate automated test suites into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and continuous quality checks.Identify and report defects with detailed steps to reproduce, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software.Stay current with industry trends in QA, automation, and AI-powered testing solutions.Skills & RequirementsWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of professional experience in a software development or test automation role.Strong programming skills in .NET/C# or Java.Experience with web UI automation, specifically with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Fiddler, or Swagger.Experience with containerization, particularly Docker, and using it for test automation.Demonstrated experience in leveraging GenAI tools for test-related tasks and a passion for exploring new AI-driven QA solutions.Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit, JUnit, or TestNG.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.Proficiency with source control (Git) and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.A strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based testing solutions (e.g., BrowserStack).Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).Understanding of the eCommerce domain.Kibo Perks:Flexible schedule and hybrid work settingPaid company holidays and global volunteer holidayGenerous health, wellness, benefits, and time away programsCommitment to individual growth and development and opportunity for internal mobilityPassionate, high-achieving teammates excited to help you succeed and learnCompany-sponsored events and other activitiesAt Kibo we celebrate and support all differences.
