We have an urgent requirement for Sr./ Project Scheduler based at HQ (New Delhi) preferably from Metro/Railway Track work. Experience: 5-7 Years Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring & tracking the progress of the project 2. Project Progress forecasting 3. Prepare & issue Contract/ Agreement Letters 3. Sub-contractor bills checking, payments & deductions 4. Coordinate with the procurement team & accounts team 5. Prepare progress report 6. Help prepare budjet 7. Cash flow 7. Analyse risk 8. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants 9. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) 10. The candidate should have good communication skills & excel knowledge.
