With 2200+ employees and continued investments over 25 years in India, ZEISS’ success story in India is continuing at a rapid pace.Further information at .As a member of the L1 NOC Team, the Network Security Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing potential service disruptions and security breaches within a modern, innovative network infrastructure. This will involve utilizing log files, performance tests, monitoring systems, and ticketing systems to detect and address issues. The Network Security Analyst will collaborate closely with other departments, as well as cloud and service providers, to resolve incidents effectively. Additionally, the Network Analyst will be responsible for operating Zeiss Cloud Proxy, VPN, CDN, WAF, and SD-WAN systems, detecting abnormal behavior, analyzing potential threats, and responding to them in a timely manner.

1-3 years of experience or knowledge in incident, request, and change management.
Solid knowledge of incident analysis, evidence collection, documentation, communication, reporting, and response.
Experience in managing Forward Proxy, Reverse Proxy, & Firewalls.
Basic knowledge of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), along with basic understanding of network routing and switching.
Basic knowledge of ATP, sandboxing, antivirus, IPS/IDS, SSL inspection, etc.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting tools such as winMTR, nslookup, netstat, and network analysis tools like Wireshark, Fiddler, etc.
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI layers, TCP/IP, IP packet flow, protocols, routing, switching, and services).
Good understanding of network protocols, ports, and common services, including network and application layer protocols.
Understanding of mainstream operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and commonly used web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
Experience troubleshooting web pages using development tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills (fluent in English, both written and verbal).
Proficiency in time management.
Support rotational 24x7 operational shifts and be available on call when needed.
