Manager - Corporate Relations PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for Corporate Relations to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This pivotal role focuses on building and maintaining robust relationships with the administration, government and ultilities, while managing land & approval matters efficiently, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate relations and public relations, backed by 5-10 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and enhance relationships with above mentioned stakeholders to ensure mutual benefit and compliance with legal frameworks.
  • Navigate complex land matters including acquisitions, leasing, and compliance issues associated with corporate operations.
  • Implement strategic communication policies that effectively convey the company's mission and vision to external parties.
  • Liaise between the company and external bodies, including local government agencies and community organizations to foster strong community relations.
  • Manage crisis situations by coordinating with public relations teams to maintain the company’s public image during disputes or legal challenges.
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of the company to secure favorable terms in various corporate dealings.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Relationship Management with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, facilitating clear and persuasive business communications.
  • In-depth understanding of land management issues including legal aspects related to real estate and property development within corporate contexts.
Secondary Skills:
  • Demonstrated abilities in Public Relations or Corporate Communications.
  • Familiarity with legal practices relevant to corporate law, real estate transactions, or similar fields is highly desirable.
