This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 350000 - Rs 550000 (ie INR 3.5-5.5 LPA)Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: Mumbai, PuneJobType: full-timeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to lead supply chain operations with a strong focus on process excellence, system accuracy, and inventory control. The role requires expertise in SAP and ERP systems, ensuring smooth operations across multiple warehouses and clinics.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Drive process excellence and oversee implementation within supply chain operations.
Manage and update system data in SAP & ERP platforms.
Identify and resolve system issues related to stock transfers, GRN, MAP, UOM, and BOM booking errors.
Ensure accurate data transfer and reconciliation between dual systems (SAP & D365).
Handle logistics operations including Factory to Warehouse, Warehouse to Warehouse, Warehouse to Clinic, and reverse logistics.
Lead SAP and D365 inventory mapping activities.
Oversee inventory reporting of receipts and consumption across SAP & D365.
Conduct inventory valuations and calculate inventory reserves.
Assist in establishing and monitoring internal controls for COGS activities.
Reconcile monthly cycle counts for COGS, provisions, and semi-annual physical counts against perpetual inventory at clinic level.
Review and validate entries during month-end closing processes.
Audit and take corrective actions on excess stock, negative stock, and BOM consumption pendency.
Monitor consumption booking, COGS allocation, and cost center analysis.
Ensure effective inventory control and management across warehouses and clinics.
Deliver daily and monthly MIS reports and analytics with performance reviews.
