Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Operator at Bangalore Gastro Centre Hospitals. The Telecommunications Operator will be responsible for managing and maintaining telecommunication systems, handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service to patients and other callers, and accurately relaying messages to the appropriate departments. The Telecommunications Operator will also assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments and recording patients queries and feedback. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Proficiency in telecommunication systems and equipment Fast and accurate typing skills Languages must known Kannada, English and Hindi. Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Knowledge of medical terminology Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting Ability to handle and prioritize multiple calls and tasks and patient queries
