Mandatory skills Deploy and configure Zscaler services, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), and ZDX (Zscaler Digital Experience)
Desired/ Secondary skills Network Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, such as connection errors, slow internet speed, or service degradation.
Utilize Zscaler's troubleshooting tools and best practices to identify and address problems promptly.
Firewall Management:
Manage firewall policies and rules within the Zscaler platform.
Ensure secure traffic flow and compliance with organizational policies.
User Support:
Provide level 3 support to end-users experiencing Zscaler-related issues.
Educate users on Zscaler features and self-help options.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation related to Zscaler configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
