And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youRole – Delivery Lead – Closed-Ended Fund IntegrationBangalore/Pune/Mumbai - IndiaThe successful candidate will join the Closed-Ended Fund Accounting Integration team as a Vice President, working closely with Global Client Service Managers and the Client Onboarding Team to lead the setup and integration of closed-ended fund structures across platforms such as Yardi, Investran, AllVue, and Efront. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Fund Administration, including capital call/distribution processing, waterfall modeling, and fund migration/conversion from other administrators or legacy systems.Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset are essential, as the role demands high-quality interactions with both internal stakeholders and external clients.About ApexThe Apex Group is a global financial services provider with 13,000+ staff across 100+ offices globally.   • Lead and manage fund setup and conversion projects for closed-ended structures (PE/RE/VC)
  • Review LPAs, subscription agreements, and fund documentation to configure fund structures in platforms like Yardi, Investran, AllVue, or Efront
  • Analyze and map capital account data, commitments, distributions, and waterfall logic for migration
  • Prepare and upload chart of accounts, investor allocations, and historical transactions
  • Perform reconciliations against audited financials and investor statements
  • Configure management fees, carried interest, and preferred return calculations
  • Support audit and compliance documentation related to fund setup and migration
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and system enhancements
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) quarterly
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Investor Services, Reporting, Trade & Pricing, and Client Services
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure SLA compliance and accuracy standards
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and action item trackers
  • Escalate risks and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Own and maintain static data and reporting metrics for integration projects
Skills Required
  • 12+ years in Private Equity/Real Estate Fund Administration or related finance roles
  • Strong understanding of closed-ended fund structures, capital accounting, and waterfall mechanics
  • Experience with platforms like Yardi, Investran, AllVue, Efront (or similar)
  • Educational background: M.Com / CA / MBA – Finance / CFA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed
