The Elite Banker will play a key role in servicing clients across segments, resolving queries, and supporting the Service Officer as needed. This role also involves non-transactional servicing, reconciliation, and cross-selling of financial products.Responsibilities: * Service walk-in customers across all segments, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Generate leads for New-To-Bank (NTB) customers and actively cross-sell financial products.
  • Act as a backup to the Personal Banker during peak hours or absences.
  • Handle non-transactional servicing tasks such as audit support and reconciliation of branch accounts.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities sensed during customer interactions.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience to encourage retention and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
