Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling or sales.
EdTech or training institute experience is a strong advantage
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset
Excellent communication in Malayalam and English
Confident, energetic, and able to handle pressure and targets
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Workspace)
