Manage change request for bug fixing and enhancement. This person must have technical knowledge in LIMS Basic Oracle DDL and DML and DB schema understanding w.r.t LIMS and functional knowledge on Stability study, sample life cycle GXP applications and documentation and laboratory or QC processesResponsibilities· Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.· Translate business requirements to application functional requirements.· Tailor LabWare LIMS solution and implement it through configuration.· Deliver training courses to the customer project team.· Assist customers with their validation and testing stages appropriate to their industry.· The ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.· Travel to customer sites for implementation and configuration projects.· Learn industry-specific processes, requirements and operations; specialize through career progression.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills· BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA· Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications/ Skills· LabWare LIMS Experience — minimum 6 years· Proficient at LabWare BASIC· Global Vision Docu Proof System - Account creation, change management support (upgrade, patching etc) from compliance perspective, maintain documentation from GxP perspective, vendor coordination· Mystic SMS - Account creation, change management support (upgrade, patching etc) from compliance perspective, maintain documentation from GxP perspective, vendor coordination· SlimStat – Data import / export, user access management· Passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge· Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations.
